I’m a confidence, clarity and class coach, dedicated to seeing more amazing women embody their confidence and dream life. I’m a leader at heart. I’ve led teams, communities, initiatives and volunteer projects! But it didn’t always LOOK like that.

My late husband was an elected official, and for decades, my life was consumed a lot by his work. I was primarily supporting his work. The attention was always on him, whenever we were in the same space out in the public’s eye, I would often get overlooked. When I was out interacting with other people, as soon as they’d discovered I was his wife, the wife of an important and very well respected Superior Court Judge, I would notice an INSTANT switch in the way people would treat me.

My husband was absolutely amazing. He had political aspirations… and even though it wasn’t my “season”, I always felt deep down that I didn’t want to lose myself in the process of supporting him. When my husband departed this life, the entire structure of my life shifted. I was at a point where I took a look at myself and asked “Who is Michelle Bryant Johnson?”. It was a challenging time, and I found myself being called by God to finally come out of hiding and step forward into my own light.

It has been a journey, and I often pause to reflect... Outwardly, it looked like my greatest client was my husband, with all that we’d done together. But really… my greatest client...is me. And other spiritual, heart-centered women like me who are ready to spread their wings!
